The top of the Diamante Waterfall (the second highest waterfall in Central America and the highest in Costa Rica). It's located in a valley halfway through San Isidro del General and Dominical on the Southern Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. : )
They all vary in taste a little bit, but this one was really yummy! Sweet, spongy, and just the right texture. I opened it with a machete! Almost everyone owns one in Costa Rica. I brought one back home with me, haha. The jungle taught me well. : )
i have eaten these in thailand,they tasted like fatty styrofoam to me :(

- I am passionate about whole foods and spreading the word of health to others. Going raw changed my life! I'm a lover and a fighter; I will fight for what I love. I always believed that you are never given a wish without also being given the power to make it come true. I love to run. I'm drawn to people who are original and have the courage to match that conviction. I love when it rains. I am open to new challenges and adventures, trying something different, and doing things that scare me a little bit. Finally, I love living everyday to the absolute fullest!
I am a certified raw food chef and instructor and I aspire to open my own restaurant in the near future... Life is peachy and I can't seem to get enough of it!

Cherie said that in all her years of being an instructor she has never seen a group like ours. How long did 50lbs last you? A week? I would recommend that a person get some greens to go along with their bananas.. did you forage for any greens that week?
Wow Id like to hear more on this from other people as well. I am not sure where to get info on things like this either- I just know my personal experience with a low carb diet. I still believe in low carb for the most part but plant based live foo...
That is a good point Angus. I have found that a lot of fundamentalist religions accuse everyone else of worshiping the devil and it like a blind hysteria- like all these other people have a black bible in their house and secretely worship a statue...
