Need Breakfast Help!
I do a really easy breaky each morning for my family, I call it my Raw Bircher Muesli.. I just throw fruit, like pineapple, orange and mango into the blender, then add small amounts of soaked nuts ...

I've been doing some "research" on ear candling, and have found three different reports:
