My Birthday was Yesterday...
I didn't really do anything for my birthday, but my brother bought me a tomatoe planter...

Going back to raw...
For awhile I've gotten off the raw food trail.... sadly. But recently I've been working at a hospital. I was completely shocked about how clueless doctors and nurses are when it comes to true health care.
They truly eat junk. I'm sure most of them are taking the same drugs they're giving to there patients. It's sad.. So I figure it would be great if I went back to completely raw vegan...and drink as many greens as possible.

Bryan Au said… - Oh no worries Belgium will always be there for you when you are ready! And there are so many places to go too so don't worry! I always wanted to go to Israel and I was supposed to sell my motorcycle to go, I researched ALL year long on Jesus's footsteps and I was literally going to FOLLOW them, I kinda viewed the Bible as giving Literal Instructions to Follow his footsteps literally but also in our hearts and life, But I believe that if we Literally FOLLOW his footsteps that we may be able to absorb and pick up his ENERGY etc...but the night before the Motorcyle was to be sold someone STOLE IT! So I could not go, that was a major bummer and dissapointment to me and I did not understand why I spent so much time researching the footsteps and actual journey and places Jesus visited and not be able to go it seemed very cruel, but Israel will always be there and maybe I avoided terrorism or possible things so you never know what may have happened! A lot of bad things happened when I didn't go...this was like 3 or 4 years ago when a lot of bad things happened there...but Japan is pretty safe and amazing! There are so many places to go and things to do!

About my new muscles photo, different girls on GITR updated new nice photos so they inspired me to come up with a new one too, I am in Los Angeles and it is really HOT here like SUMMER weather so I had my shirt off and was about to go to the beach, I decided to see how my muscles were doing since I am out to prove that we can get muscles on RAW, some people keep telling me Yall are so skinny! Well I proved them wrong! What they don't know are some people are naturally skinny and can't gain any weight, in Ayurvedic Medicine they are called Vattas, they are VERY skinny and tall and thin, they can eat everything and tons and will never gain any weight or hardly any muscles, some Vattas are naturally attracted to RAW so people freak out when they see super skinny people...anyways, I love how you are keeping it real, spiritual and going to Belgium WOW! I only went through their on a train when I back packed through Europe, I only had 1 Summer to see and do it all so had to be choosy, I wish I had more time to see and go everywhere I think Belgium would be super interesting they are very famous for their Chocolates so if you introduce RAW Organic Chocolates WOW you might change and save the World!:)
