This has been the most frustrating thing in going raw. After months of giving in to others judgements I have come to the point where i really dont care what anyone thinks anymore. This is MY journey, I feel blessed to be on this journey, and I kno...

It will be similar to the previous retreats (though of course they get even better each time). So you could read the reports on the previous retreats at my website: http://www.rawreference.com
If you have other questions, feel free to ask away!
My direct email address can be found on my website.
You won't find details of the next event until I return early October from touring the raw events in the US with Doug Graham (I can't wait!)
Hi Kaitlyn! The only dedicated raw restaurant here in melbourne is le cru in Albert Park. You should definitely check it out - it's pretty spectacular to walk into a restaurant where (nearly) everything is raw! There is one dish with cooked quinoa and they do use honey in some dishes so if you're strict about those things, just ask them. But the food is beautiful and prepared with love.
My favorite non-raw veg restaurant is Vegie Bar in Fitzroy - they do nice salads and they have a great cooked dish called "mostly greens" which while cooked is basically a big pile of green veg with tempeh. Yum. They also do juices.
your advice on my binge discussion is totally on point! I totally agree that its when I feel I am POWERLESS TO CHANGE that I give in to the cycle, it does take remembering I DO HAVE POWER to break the cycle and/or to continue the cycle of sticking to raw. Thanks so much, your wisdom is apprechiated! :)
Thanks, Kaitlyn, Well, apart from the two hour wait it went well. (Mental note: Try to never have public hospital appointments late in the day, especially first day after a long weekend!).
I won't know the results till I see my thyroid surgeon next Tuesday, though.
Hey Mark,
I must have missed you, I went for a little bit in the morning, it was very interesting, got some ideas for growing my own greens... hope I can make the next picnic!
Missed seeing you at the Men of the Trees fair. It was well worth checking out, from an information perspective, though it wasn't much raw-food-wise. (Apart from the magnificent carob trees in full fruit!)
Hopefully we'll get official notification of the next raw food picnic soon, and perhaps I'll bump into you there, if you aren't working.
Haha! Probably Charles! I actually bought this dress at the spirit fest because it was on sale and made from 100% organic hemp. The rest of the clothes I brought were pretty grubby. :)
I avoid dinner dates, because that's never a good way to know someone on a first date. And besides, you never know whether they accepted to go to dinner because they liked you or because they didn't want to cook and they wanted to be treated out t...

Charles Need a raw vegan version of the phrase "Ain't no thing but a chicken wing."
You can always ask a produce dept. employee at Whole Foods to cut one open so you can try it before you waste your money. It's store policy to let people sample things:)
