About Me:
Goin to Rutgers and Workin at Bloomies* Just quit MW
I am an entrepreneur in college and I love to educate myself and others about nutrition and exercise. I am learning more about the raw lifestyle and want to share the education. Once I get a steady income, I'll start bodybuilding as raw as possible.
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
I just wanna learn more about raw food and make it more accessible to myself and others. I also want to learn about any nutrient dense recipes I can use for the future in bodybuilding.
Relationship Status:
In a Relationship
Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?
Cacao, Goji Berries, Inca Berries
Interests (outside of Raw Food):
Superfoods, Fashion, Fitness. I love nutrition and fitness because it is not a set science and only takes dedication and education to achieve your full potential. I love quality overpriced clothing and getting it at ridiculously cheap prices when the opportunity shows up. My end goal is to create a steady income to give me more time to start on my fitness and bodybuilding journey.

progress... from SAAD (standard asian-american diet)

Hey guys. i'm starting to take over my own diet. Since i quite men's wearhouse, i'm only working 15 hr at bloomies now. I've been working on a project with David Wolfe who i met through a friend so i got more time for my diet.

so my friend taught me how to make a kinda 50% raw meal. i cook quinoa because it's time consuming to try and sprout myself but i wish i could sprout everything i see. she taught me that quinoa has a lot of nutrients and amino acids unlike rice so i get my carbs and prote… Continue

challenges of being asian

one challenge that i face being asian is that my parents cook EVERYTHING. they only eat raw when i make them a nice salad or have some picked veges but that's it. it'll be really hard to turn asian parents vegan or even raw for that matter. please take into consideration that i'm still in college.

the first obstacle in asian or asian american culture is meat. in asia, meat is like a luxury and when you say you don't eat meat, they'll be like "are you mentally ill?". cantonese love… Continue

starting raw superfoods

so i made my first smoothie. you basically have to go through trial and error to make it well and it was definitely error this time =[. put too much cacao so it was bitter. i mix it with some milk and sugar now to make it better.

i'm a college student so i can't eat raw all the time =[. i'll get there tho. the cacao in the morning really makes a huge difference in my cereal. it's like chocolate cereal now. tomorrow i'm gonna put some goji berries in to see how it tastes. chocolate and fruity =]… Continue

Hey Justin, the eggplant Bacon was good. Nothing beats the salt and fat you get from a slab of pig, but for us raw/vegans, it provides a new flavor that pretends pretty well to be somthing it's not. I'll send photos when I have a minute, I've been so busy in teh kitchen.
Much love,
D

Hey Justin, that is really nice of you to offer. I have NO experience in that department. But, right now, I've got a bigger project going and the snack line is going to be boutiqued for now. When you start mass producing, it loses it's special flavor...Did you ever see the movie, like water for chocolate? My happiness and Passion is in every bite...haha... But, when the time comes, I will know who to ask. So, I'm dehydrating an eggplant bacon right now, I'll let you know if it gets that fatty, spicy, salty flavor you like. It does have chipolte and cayenne in the marinade. It should be done in oh....let's say 2 days!

hahahahaha i just read your little spazz about being asian and your parents cooking everything. i took my parents to the gabriel cousens talk in toronto and my mom fell asleep during the movie part "reversing diabetes in 30 days". they adamantly went to go eat shark fin soup after the talk. so sad. =( they respect my dietary extremeness but i dont think they will change... we gotta spread the word!

i love the wash, the fit and their fierceness. hahahahah.
