Hi there Julia! thank you very much :) At this time it`s not many places to eat just raw outside. It`s mostly salads or cooked vegan you can get. Oslo is the best choice. Im glad to hear that you are interessed to visit, but remmember one thing with Oslo (if thats where you`re travelling) don`t be scared. It lots of narcotics here. Close to the station. they are harmless. But i think they`re scary, and im not very proud to have them ALMOST everywhere in Oslo. Anyway, it`s lot of farms close to every city. Now you can "self-pick" your vegetables for a nice price. Lots of corn, KALE, carrots, lettuce, red or green cabbage, and more. GOOD STUFF! i don`t know if you are vegan or not. But some vegan restaurants(which it`s not very many of) sometimes make raw lasagna or enchiladas etc. Krishnas cuisine and Vega is two of them. Norway is a rich country and you can always get a great salad at every norwegian restaurant. If you`re learning norwegian, learn swedish too. We have lots of swedish people in the cities. Great workers! and always happy and talkable :) I don`t know what you want to hear, but ask if you have any questions. Cool.

Love from COLD norway... *brrrrr*

hello! thanks for intorducing yourself. Great to meet a fellow bournemouth dweller. I like your profile, favourite food - boy i miss green jelly coconuts! and primal mothering sounds cool - id like to know about that. No pot luck in bmth, unless you want to do one!! but can introduce you to some raw foodies. Manorama lives in the New Forest and does raw food making days which have been very popular and well attended. Shes also going on the local radio again with more recipes and to talk about the diet.

Sue from bournemouth is a raw food coach and an amazing woman, she got her friend to eat only raw foods, fruit and veg juices and tons of wheatgrass after being diagnosed with cancer and he cured it in no time, he continues with the diet...

Im doing a raw food talk at the tibetan healing weekend festival next weekend in bournemouth uni, wallisdown along with a food stall called the yummy sunflower, selling cooked vegan dishes and raw desserts, so come by if you can, its free entry and you can choose from many many 30 min sessions of healing therapies for a £5 or there abouts donation, all for charity, 10am to 5pm, sat and sun, children welcome, lots of stalls, for info go through the tibetan culture trust shop in boscombes website or pop in there........

Hope that helps, working and living in new forest at mo but back in bmth soon, lets meet up soon for a beach lunch!

Check out the Garden diet website if you havent yet - inspirering family, worth subscribing, amazing stories of natural birthing and raising a raw family.

Chat soon,

Love and light

Larabars are 100% raw (well, most of them) and they're really good. Think Organic bars are raw and organic. You'll get twice the Larabar for less money, but they're both really good.

Please share your easy desserts. I've finally gone 100% raw, but I'm having a hard time staying way from candy... (I haven't caved yet) I'm looking for desserts that don't need nuts as I'd like to eat them after dinner. Thanks!
