Lovely to hear from you.
I'm interested in our native northern herbs really - anything I can grow or pick from the locality. Whereever I go I carry little bags, to fill with nettles, hawthorn, elderberries at this time of year. I'm...
Hello raw herbalists out there, just joined. I'm in the north of England, and currently studying herbalism with the Scottish School of Medical Herbalism. My current essay is "The Miracle of Life" - wow, where do you start with that one? This cours...

Another wonderful book is called Hedgerow Medicine by Julie Bruton. I make lots of herbal infusions from dried and fresh plants, these require hot water - unless you live somewhere really sunny - then they could simply be infused on a sunny window...

Hi there Pammie,
How about making your own?
Lemon juice or bicarb of soda are good for washing your hair. You can make a hair rinse with an infusion of nettle and rosemary and a little cider vinegar - you know what goes into them and they are pret...

Hi... I'm juicing at the moment along with cutting out refined sugar, wheat etc ... yes we need loads of support .... some of my friends / family just wouldn't get that I'm going to go as raw as possible... and I'm sure some will say another fad ... but I'm 100% positive about this :)... and lovely to meet you :)

I believe that the body can heal itself if given the support. I'm a nurse in a nursing home and I've seen the body cling to life no matter how much poison is thrown at it.
Sounds ridiculous to me. Anyone actually older and experiencing longevity there? I doubt it. I live out in the country in the general direction of God's fart zone and perhaps that's better than getting caught up in this sort of materialistic stuff...

they gossip about which teams are going to trade or sign star players. Most of it is bullshit. They just create rumors to sell papers / get hits. Still I eat it up.
