Hello Raw People,
I believe in raw food simply because it makes sense.
I have been a at home Mom with 4 children, the youngest being 15 now. I tried hard to give the best food I could afford to my family ... now I am learning to bring my natural talents concerning health issues into my neighborhood. I do it with the help of network marketing bringing the Healing Oils of The Bible to the people of my community which is truly an exciting journey.
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
Although I know that raw food is truly the best and my body needs it, I am keeping it at least at a minimum. My focus at this very time is on learning to communicate with my neighbors, learning the different types of people and how to relate with them. But I would appreciate simple tips and recipes. One thing that need to be done really soon is to start digging the soil and have our own garden. I have just ordered seeds to sprout and it will be wonderful to have a place to ask questions if you know about this. Thank you!

I find it's quicker to make four cuts, scaling the outer skin equally then pulling it away and thumping with a wooden spoon. Plus it's less of a mess and you don't lose any juice because none of the kernels are cut :)
