whoa sounds powerful...I like :) Do you pick your own chaga? I cant seem to get a hold on any, its the missing link in my elixirs
The white sauce is a pine nut/coconut sour cream and the purple cabbage is a spicy cabbage suarekraut... all interwoven with Sunflower Spicy Beans, Carrot Chorizo, Marinated Mushrooms, Tomato, Onion, Romaine, Mac Nut Chadda Cheese, and Guac... soo...

I spend a lot of my time in my head, or doing lots of things that keep me occupied and I need to direct some of that energy towards the fitness of this body. This is how my day of eating unfolds... seriously this is the best life EVER!!!
Immune-I-Tea: Reishi, golden cap, chaga and shitake mushrooms, shisandra berries, paud d'arco, astragalus, asparagi, spring water... heat in a glass pot on very low temp, keep on stove all week to be used for smoothies, soups and a warm tea at any time.

oh yeh Mike I used to stuff up all the time combining tahini and apple pieces, I wondered why i had systemic candida and chronic fatigue! Learnt that one now and don't suffer from any sugar/fat metabolic disorders anymore.
