You could try contacting Paz, he is a landlord and a raw fooder. He tries to get vegetarians and raw fooders living in his shared houses (but not exclusively). Houses in South East London, mostly New Cross Gate, SE14. http://www.themannahouse.com/...
Hello Everyone,
My partner and I will be leaving Spain and moving to London on 27 October. We're looking for a nice small one-bedroom apartment or even a studio flat, also would consider a flatshare. We're non-smokers, raw, and professional.
Do ...
I've started this group in order to find and link with people who eat raw food in and around London too. We can share ideas and books, meet up for potlucks and even go out for meals together

Went into raw in Feb 2008, and for the first 8 months was 100% raw. However, coming into the winter, the challenge has been to include some steamed vegetables and cooked pulses and not feel guilty about it. I think it's important to listen to your body and this first raw winter it's been impossible to keep healthy AND 100% raw. Maybe next year...?
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
I'm trying to stay on the raw path. I've already had some slips... I'm so confused, sometimes you read 100% raw is not the healthiest diet, sometimes you do, ... I guess I need to do what's right for me, so anyone who has these kind of doubts pls get in touch!

Last year I was lucky enough to holiday in Singapore and Indonesia and bought a cook book by a guy called Pete Evans, apparently quite big in AussieLand. Back then I still ate fish occasionally and one of my favourite dishes in the book was Penne a la Putanesca. This mornin… Continue
So, that got your attention… Xmas in August...
I would like to share with you this great, fabulous first recipe from this humble GI2MR newbie. Let’s thank stunning Julia for instigating this delight. I’m quite amazed with the end result myself…

Thanks a lot, Daphne. I was born in Spain, but moved to London when I was 18. I came back to Spain recently, I missed the sun a lot. I wanted a change and found lots of them! Found a new partner and left my old job (marketing / advertising) to pursue my Yoga dream.
I'm very happy with the change. What could be better than loving what you do and make a living out of it? These days, working is like being on holiday. It's just great. I mainly do one-to-one sessions, but from January I will bring Yoga to people's offices. Working on the new website at the moment. It's gonna be great!!
I'll be visiting NYC in November. I can't wait to dive into the raw scene, so many raw restaurants and cafes, amazing...
Thanks for seeking me out. I have "A New Earth" but have yet to read it. Yummy, enticing food pics:) Since you're the founder of UrbanYoga, I already know that you're an entrepreneur. Did you move to Spain for a change or is that your original stomping ground?
hi jose! if raw food is nearly non-existent in spain, then I'm glad you're there to be a raw leader for your country! Your travel photos are beautiful, but what I'm interested in is that fabulous nori roll recipe :) thanks for sharing!
hi Jose - in the winther time I warm the soups up to 45 or so, and some times I put the food in the dehydrator , then I feel hot enough. I also have a mug og hot herbal tea - that also feels great.
when I started eating raw 12 years ago I was so worried about the winther - then a experiensd person told me to buy some cayenne capsuls in the health food store and take 1 or 2 capsuls 2 times a day or when I was feel cold. It worked.
look forward to your first raw winther - it will surprise you have easy it is :) all the best to you - blessings s
