Did you go to a reliable restaurant? Not all restaurants know how to properly handle fish. Most are frozen,thawed & refreeze what wasn't use. Can also be both. Maybe since you haven't had it in a while you body responded in a certain way.

yeah, it IS really all you need to know. but then you have the obstacles to living beautifully and spontaneously from society, so it's good to have REMINDERS, etc., of better ways to live...but let's not harper on! i'll check out that book.
