- I've been raw for a little over six months now. I started out with the intent of going 100% cold turkey, but was drinking rice milk and eating oatmeal for awhile without realizing those weren't raw .. had to educate myself a bit along the way. Lately I've been incorporating one or two cooked vegan meals a week to ease up on myself a bit, which is just what I need right now. And then I'm going to work back towards 100%. I get the feeling it will be easier to stick to it when it gets warmer. How is your raw journey going thus far?

- yes, I am on the raw quest! I didn't find it hard to go vegan at all,I went cold turkey and the only thing I really missed at first was cheese. I think after really learning about the whole slaughtering process and about what really goes into our food I just didn't care to put any of that in my body. I was actually in Denver in January and bought a book at whole foods that I read twice in two days called 12 Steps to Raw Foods It was very informative so I started researching it even more. My initial reason for going raw is just to be the healthiest I can be. It has been hard but I think it just takes time to get over the psychological connection with food...if that makes sense. What made you want to go raw?
ps. You're a triatholete? I'm running my first half marathon this summer. Any tips? :)

- i'm actually a southern girl who's spent enough time in the FREEZING north! I went vegan while i was living in nyc over 5 years ago, and it's changed my life in countless ways. I've been wanting to go raw for sometime, and have been working my way up to 100%. I still don't get this 80-10-10 thing - but it seems to be the hot-topic on here. Have you tried it?

yeah for the most part. I went raw about a year and a half ago, then fell off the wagon but started back up for the new year. I think it was a lot easier the first time around.

Congrats, bro.
A friend of mine has had issues with her parents since childhood, she tried everything including numerous counseling sessions, hypnosis etc etc. She then did a two day intensive program called ‘the breakthrough experience’ and now she’s a changed ...
I think most people want to do this because they need attention, not because it really turns them on... maybe different for the people watching? personally don't want any more secreted bodily fluids to avoid in the city.. isn't there enough piss e...

But you should know that the value of it can't be described by the speed of the healing process or whether you're looking or seeming perfect. Therapy is about coming to terms and coming back...
I always used to get sick on foods from restaurants, but the same meal I prepared at home wouldn't make me sick.... restaurants tend to drown foods in butter and oils, you've probably been eating less of those since going on those diet.
No problem at all. We're all here to support each other in our journeys. :D
with a manual camera I used a slow shutter speed (1/5) and kept my head moving side to side. i used Photoshop to get the contrast and color look.

It hasn't faded any yet, but I've only heard of problems with some of the phosphorus inks and ours don't have any in. But who knows, the approved UV inks have only been out a few years and they're more expensive so not a lot of people take the opt...
