- I am not much of a raw foodist, aside from my morning green shakes, just wanna keep updated on food updates. I wanna pass on this healthy eating to my son and would also appreciate advice from parents.

- I enjoy writing and performing my poetry. I have performed a few times for the Word Food events in Hongdae, SK; Red Rock, Open mic in Gangnam, and will try to perform at Tony's Aussie Bar a few times in Itaewon before I head back to NYC.

Mucusless diet book is a bit one sided and pretty old. There is much better books.
i'm not sure if these things in the rainforest near my house are turkeys. they might be scrub hens. but i call them scrub turkeys.
they create massive mounds of mulch - for their nests?
