That would be cool if you could eat a good food with a bad food and the good food would cover for the bad food when it got to your stomach. I know what you mean. When I went down to Florida I had my jump rope and it never once saw the skies of the sunshine state. I hope I can get back in the habit of just a little bit a couple of times each week. It's hard to believe it's almost July. What a difference one year can make (birthday coming up soon). I really look forward to what my life will be like around this time next year...

hey what up bruddah?

walking is good. recently i decided to kick up the regimen with some jump rope. boy, if there is one thing that will make you feel out of shape at first it is jumping rope. When I lived in Japan, back in my 20's, I would jump rope for half an hour like it was nothing. Now I am pushing 15 minutes...lol. But I have faith it'll come back in due time.

I am starting to miss the gym though:( or at least having my own weight set... but I have started free weight and that is good enough for now: )

i had the best watermelon in a while about a week ago. Was hanging over at a friends place picking off the produce during his BBQ. I wasn't really hungry but that watermelon, I think I could've off'd it alone. The city is good. I have been doing a lot of walking. Trimming down a wee bit. But we've had some pretty heavy rains for the past two weeks so not much outdoors exercise action. Yeah, I have been doing more juices. Maybe next week, I will go the full monty:)

Good idea Danny. I'd layer them, though, 'cause the amount of produce I pack in there, the seem might not hold. :)

Are you crazy women? I love animals. I had frogs, fish, birds, cats, all at one time. My apartment was a zoo at one point. My cat at that time got hold of some of my love birds. Wasn't a pretty site.

Wow, 6 weeks is INTENSE. Very cool. That's 42 days. Well if Moses and Jesus can do it, then why not the rest of us?

Philips event is sold out but it sounds like you can still show up, order off the menu and dance if you don't have a ticket. http://www.lovingraw.com/blog/2009/10/15/the-party-is-coming-to- cali.html
