Day 10well......

So its day 10 how fitting as I ran the 10 mile Broad street run

I felt pretty good during the run though around mile 8 my legs felt a bit wek which is not normal as I do 10 milers about every other week. Im thinking it may have to do with juicing I dont know Im going to post some questions to David on juicefeasting.com and see if I can get some questions answered

Any way Im down to 204 which means I lost the 10 I wanted before the race so thats cool

When I got home after

Hi, Joel. Good to be your friend! Great that you're going on the Renegade show. Check out the "Supercharge Me!" site. Weekly videos on raw. Just launched the "Jenna in the Jungle" series with footage from my visit to a special place on the big island of Hawaii where they live off-the-land and off-the grid, raw.

Hi Joel,

I totally agree with your April 19th comment. It's really true, I'm on a 30 day 100% raw for myself but on day 5 in the evening I ate some bread and rice. I have a family and the food was around! I cooked it!! And so I used to beat myself up before, but today being day 6, I'm going right back to all the way raw and start my blog again, and not worry about it. I even thought I had to be totally 100% raw to continue being a chef. I'm always at least 80-90% and I did an internship at dalenes , a raw vegan restaurant in Kirkland , Washington, (best one in that area!), and was certified through them as a chef. I moved and have not been able to get all the additional help and training through them and thought without being 100% raw I could not teach as a chef. Oh yes I can, and I will. Thanks for your thoughts. They were needed by all!

I've heard great, great things about Living Light Culinary Arts Institute in Fort Bragg, CA. I know that isn't really in the Los Angeles area, but it's still in CA and I believe they provide students the option to stay in their 'Living Light Inn'....

The way I see it is that generally people who label themselves are confident of the path they have chosen while, also generally, people don't don't label aren't quite as sure if what they're following is the right way to go.

things that have actually worked for me: Valerian root for tea - very calming... Lemon juice, sliced lemon peel, lemon grass or lemon verbina, raw honey, star anise (optional), maybe some ginger, hot water (let it all infuse together for a while) ...
