It's easy with the coco tool I know. Just at a point where we ought to consider the metal, ionizing the water, Au just posted about metal too. Metal meessing with the energy (charge) of the water, one of those raw food things.

If you do not open them with metal, then how do you open your coconuts? If you have a special tool can you please show me what it looks like because I've been using a metal opener thats made especially for coconuts.
I miss the choco / green juice teeter tottering myself. Yeah, processed choco bars could be better... but you can also whip up some of your own with $30 sunfood powder from wholefoods and mix with butters, and honey?

I know what you mean. When I went down to Florida I had my jump rope and it never once saw the skies of the sunshine state. I hope I can get back in the habit of just a little bit a couple of times each week. It's hard to believe it's almost July. What a difference one year can make (birthday coming up soon). I really look forward to what my life will be like around this time next year...
walking is good. recently i decided to kick up the regimen with some jump rope. boy, if there is one thing that will make you feel out of shape at first it is jumping rope. When I lived in Japan, back in my 20's, I would jump rope for half an hour like it was nothing. Now I am pushing 15 minutes...lol. But I have faith it'll come back in due time.
I am starting to miss the gym though:( or at least having my own weight set... but I have started free weight and that is good enough for now: )
i had the best watermelon in a while about a week ago. Was hanging over at a friends place picking off the produce during his BBQ. I wasn't really hungry but that watermelon, I think I could've off'd it alone. The city is good. I have been doing a lot of walking. Trimming down a wee bit. But we've had some pretty heavy rains for the past two weeks so not much outdoors exercise action. Yeah, I have been doing more juices. Maybe next week, I will go the full monty:)
i've been suffering from stingy, itchy rash that has spread to my extremities..went to dr and she told me i was allergic to the sun!?! WTH! She wants me to take prednisone ... ummm.. i don't want to.
