- About Me:
- I am currently studying for a Naturopathic Degree, which should be completed soon. Hopefully, I will continue and do a thesis for my doctorate in Natural Health.
I became interested in Natural Health after being healed of second stage cancer in 1984. The healing came by my faith and prayers of family and friends. Also the vegan diet and healthy lifestyle which I continue each day of my life. I was introduced to raw foods in 1994, which I have continued the 80%/20% rule. I was also told of the Hallelujah raw diet of 85/15 rule. I am always interested in improving my knowledge in natural health, therefore went to N.C. and became a Health Minister of the Hallelujah Acres Diet. But do not follow it completely due to some differences.
I am very interested in Hawaii. I believe it would be a wonderful environment to have an organic garden.
I had an office opened in Anchorage, Ak. for five years, counseling nutrition, but discontinued due to my studies.
I am looking forward to opening an office again counseling and teaching the vegan raw foods diet. to others in Hawaii someday.

- The community support would be appreciated if anyone would communicate to me any help or support so I can complete my studies. All advice is welcomed.

That's hilareous. My husband looks at the sun to make himself sneeze. There's some weird phenomena that 10% of the population has that looking at the sun makes them sneeze.

Hi Loren. Dillon is 6 years old, very skinny and eats like a horse, I have noted in the past that when he has had a virus and been suffering from fever and lack of appetite that his autism is less severe.

celery is hugely important in my diet,as i dont add salt to anything..when i do have the occasional piece of sunbread or raw chocolate which contains salt,i reallllly feel it quite negatively....

Great points RG you're right, one size dosent fit all. For me it was purely a health thing to start, but then as you so well described it, the layers started peeling back. It really took me by surprise, was very unexpected, which is why I now just...

How old is your son? As far as diet, I would be giving him plenty of fruit, and plenty of simple salads, including lots of tomatoes and perhaps some celery as both are high in sodium.

I'd love to share more information with you! I've been cutting some corners to stay healthy and the latest thing I found is a fermented liquid that has a good balance of probiotics and good yeasts, enzymes,nutrients etc. I've had a hard time explaining it because it's so different. Once consumed, it enters into the gut and the bacterias go to work on eating carbohydrates (simple sugars) and through time they balance out the gut. The mega nutrients from the mix are bio available and everyone that has tried it, feels it somewhere in their body.
