- Spent two years ramping up to 100% raw. Was roughly 75% for one year, then 85-90% for another. Finally made the official commitment to 100% in mid-September 2008 -- and already feel the difference!

- Longer-term interests include writing (fiction and creative nonfiction), piano (playing and composition), and running. Newer explorations include meditation and generally unlocking my powers of perception mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

- Going through a Thomas Pynchon phase currently. Love P.K. Dick, too!

Wow they're still around? They had 1 decent song when I was in high school. Don't remember them much though.

Checking out Senbeb Cafe in D.C. tomorrow (Sat., June 27). Wanna join us?
I've heard some pretty great things about Senbeb Cafe in Washington, D.C. (6224 3rd St. NW., Wash. DC 20011). Sonoma is an awesome little town, very central to everything, yet tucked into it's own little valley...very pretty. There are many raw friendly resources around here. Cafe Gratitude, Seed (Yummmm), great raw potlucks all over with awesome speakers, San Francisco, the ocean, even Living Light if you want a get away up the coast :). If you move out this way let me know! We would love a raw friendly, dog lovin couple to hang with! Hugs and Blessings to you!

- The black and white male (Malachi) is about 11 lbs., 14 1/2 inches height. The gray and white puppy (Maikoda) is about 6 lbs. and will be smaller than Mal cuz she was the runt of 5 litters! Mal is actually pretty small for a male. They are Alaskan Klee Kais :). They are also 100% raw :).... so is our cat!
