Energy lows

Afternoon everyone...

I've been drinking a smoothie in the morning with alternating greens. Lunch is usually nut butter with fruit or some sort of creation like tacos or pasta, and the same for dinner. I have been experiencing the most uncomfortable energy lows... so down that I can't seem to do anything to pick myself back up. Not even green juice. Is there something I should check out? Too many nuts maybe?

Good evening everyone...

So I finished off the master cleanse at 25 days about two weeks ago. sick on the master cleanse?

Hello everyone... I am day 23 on the master cleanse and I got a bug I think! My throat starting feeling scratchy yesterday and today my ears are a little painful and I've got some fluid in my lungs... how is this so? Is my immune system down because I've been fasting so long? I've been drinking the lemonade and water for 23 days which I thought the lime juice would be pounding my system with vitamin C... any thoughts?
