But you should know that the value of it can't be described by the speed of the healing process or whether you're looking or seeming perfect. Therapy is about coming to terms and coming back...
I always used to get sick on foods from restaurants, but the same meal I prepared at home wouldn't make me sick.... restaurants tend to drown foods in butter and oils, you've probably been eating less of those since going on those diet.
No problem at all. We're all here to support each other in our journeys. :D
with a manual camera I used a slow shutter speed (1/5) and kept my head moving side to side. i used Photoshop to get the contrast and color look.

It hasn't faded any yet, but I've only heard of problems with some of the phosphorus inks and ours don't have any in. But who knows, the approved UV inks have only been out a few years and they're more expensive so not a lot of people take the opt...

Yeah, he doesn't look like the healthiest 62 year old. Well, at least he seems to look healthy at a glance, but he looks a bit aged for 62, and he seemed to have a stiff jaw or something going on there.

I have a little crush on Australia, I don't know why. I just think it is a wonderful country. New Zealand was to have a similar experience to Australia but with a twist...and what a twist! I did love it there too, although my first love prevails, lol.
Have you travelled lots? How is Montreal these last few days? It was absolutely beautiful here, the sun was out all day :)
My sister was a chef in a restaurant (cooked) but now likes to make all kinds of recipes. What is your fave recipe - since you are a chef too??!!
