30 days raw

Raw for 30 days. Today makes 30 days for me to be a raw vegan. I appreciate Lisha's support and recipe ideas to keep everything fresh (pun intended). I am happy to see there are other celiacs on this site also. I just lay off the tomatoes, pineapple, and peppers.

I am loving the new me by feeding this temple. My favorite are raw potlucks. I am excited about another one coming up soon.

After gluten free, potato free, rice free, grain free, and so many elimination diets over the past 5 years I have come to love raw. Anybody that's celiac or chrone's or IBS I definitely recommend raw. Forget the old milk phrase "it does a body good".
Raw does a body ecstatic! It's tastes good and there's no hangover. Yes, food gives hangovers even if it's alcohol free.

Yeah basically the most powerful way to protect yourself against cancer is by reducing the amount of meat you eat per day to less than three ounces or eliminating meat all-together.

Omega-3 Fatty Acids and Cancer Eating fish and other foods high in omega-3 fatty acids doesn't have the wondrous effect on preventing malignancies that it seems to have in warding off heart disease. As a cancer preventive strategy, omega-3 was left…

I don't believe that well-adjusted adult humans kill for fun, but children most certainly will. We are not born with an understanding of the concept of death. We're not even the only animals who do kill for enjoyment. I think the "play" aspect like…

Hi Rabbit Man! I really like your response! I also think underlying all of this there is a perception (A very American one) that meat is plentiful and easy to get, and even cheap. Other sources of protein don't really exist, make you weak, are expen…
