I'm finding it hard when I'm at work and on the go to eat foods that are healthy and protein rich but without too much fat. I usually makes green smoothies or juices, eat apples and other fruits, soaked nuts, almond butter, more nuts, various salads with avocado, veggies and NO dairy. I'm finding it hard to eat lower fat... since I'm eating a lot of nuts and nut butters, I'm just not sure what else to do to get enough protein. Am I under the illusion that I even need more protein?
