I'm a trainer in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and active in the Mankind Project. I discovered raw and living foods lifestyle while studying holistic nutrition in San Diego, CA in 1999 at the School of Healing Arts. I became a certified nutritional counselor and educator, and for 5 years taught classes and counseled individuals. Over time, I became dissatisfied with how I was working with people, which amounted mostly to behavioral advice that they followed much less than I enjoyed ;-)
I yearned for a way to more deeply and meaningfully connect with people, so I got a master's degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. Now, my full-time livelihood is sharing the principles and practices of Compassionate Communication (formally known as Nonviolent Communication -- NVC, as created by American psychologist and peacemaker, Dr. Marshall Rosenberg).
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
Ways to incorporate raw foods preparation into my life in a way that is in harmony with the time and energy and focus I devote to my mission-related work in the world.

I have never dried them myself, but in France and Italy you can buy them already dried (at what temperature I don't know). It was awhile since I ate them (before I went raw).
Lost is same insanely good storytelling, character development. I love how they spend time flashing back to show you the character's demons and how the island is bringing them to face what used to be a big thing for them. Plus, you never know what...
