Gabby I 2nd everything that everyone has said. You have to address the underlying challenges that may be causing you to make food choices that you rather stay away from.Once you heal the part of you that is relying on food to resolve a deeper prob...
Don't worry about showing the emotions that are being released, just allow it as it will pass. The whole experience should be something that you embrace. The good and the bad parts of it, just know that at the end of it you will feel fantastic!

I have been a vegetarian for 11 years, a fitness fanatic since 1993.Throughout the years I have competed in amateur bodybuilding, and powerlifting which was very rewarding. I began working on my body to look good initially, but later when I became a vegetarian it was about health rather than esthetics. During my journey I began to eat a lot of processed vegetarian junk (not good). I was always removing those last few pounds striving for perfection only to gain them back. However, I began to look into veganism because I wanted to feel better internally. I stumbled upon this site and I was motivated to eliminate bad habits and was amazed/ by the results and the energy of the members. I have been raw since 8/21/2008 now and have never felt better....and lost those last few pounds.. lol I have read several raw food books and have learned so much in such a short time, but it has changed my outlook immensely!!!

This is what my mom recommends too. The thing is I live in a high-rise building in NYC, so I'm definetely not "grounded".
The grounding bed technology makes sense, but it doesn't feel natural to me. Has anyone tried it? Did you notice any changes...
