Ha ha! That's the look my kitty would have if I set a glass of green juice in front of her! She does love to graze on the lawn, though.
Healthforce is one of the best companies out there. Jameth Sheridan who owns the company is amazing and one of the smartest people i've heard.
All of healthforce's products are great and a great value.
Blue green algae, spirulina, chlorella, mari...
Healthforce's other products are great, and pricey, so I would expect this product to be no different.
I also wanted to add that I think "Elixir of the Lake" is an awesome name ;-) .
I've tried many, but I haven't tried them all, but I think they're all the same. I prefer spirulina to AFA blue green algae.
Has anyone tried the blue green algae called Elixir of the Lake by Healthforce? Wondering how it compares to other blue green algaes (so many out there). Thanks for any input.

Has anyone tried the blue green algae called Elixir of the Lake by Healthforce? Wondering how it compares to other blue green algaes (so many out there). Thanks for any input.

Alkalizing drops
There are a multitude of choices when it comes to alkalzing drops to put in one's water--to make it more alkaline--imagine that :). Anyone have experience with any of the drops or have a recommendation for a brand? What ingredients should you look for? The Ph miracle has a few options......but what about something you can get at a health food store or Whole Foods? Thanks for any input.....

washing produce
What do people do to wash their produce? Use one of the natural enzyme cleaners you can buy at Whole Foods? Soak produce in vinegar or even peroxide? I've heard even organice produce needs to be scrubbed. Any input would be helpful....

Water--alkaline?
I know there are lots of discussions going on about water--alkaline water, acidic water, water solvency, distilled water, all the water 'making' gadgets etc. Bottom line--can anyone recommend a good water unit (that doesn't cost a fortune) that makes the 'best' water? Kangen water machines? Vitalizer? A reverse osmosis unit? I've heard high praise for Kangen water.......but is it really all that and worth the investment? substitute for chocolate
Has anyone found a good substitute for chocolate (or raw cacao) if one wants to get off of chocolate? How about carob? I want to try to go without cacao or 'regular' dark chocolate (yikes!) but need something to replace that 'addiction.' Cacao is great for some but draining for others. Any ideas/suggestions? :)

- I don't like eggs anymore. But I cracked open the eggs and heated them just enough to be warm. Then put in bowl and slurped off a spoon. Sometimes, I'd add Hymalayan sea salt and cayenne pepper to that spoonful.
