We know the holiday season can be busy, with lots of parties and gatherings. Most of these events serve up sugary, artificial, and/or unhealthy foods making it especially hard to stay with a raw or vegan diet.
So, come and celebrate the holidays ...
wonderful. Trader Joe's has good prices too. And they are only a few blocks away from me so this is great.
I certainly believe you. I have just only seen them steamed or boiled at TJs so this is especially exciting to me that they have nice bags of raw ones to buy.

Oh by the way I've talked to a lady how puts out the 'Coastal Magazine' here in the Yarmouth area. Her and her husband are amazing. They are ariginally from England and have made their home here in the South Ohio area. I will be talking to them further about doing a magazine. I'll keep you posted.
