- About Me:
- I am a very active, fit, raw Zen Buddhist interested in linking up with the raw vegan community. Attended RSF '08 in Sedona and had a fantastic time, felt like coming home. Have been practicing Zen since the early 90's, currently sit with my Dharma brothers and sisters at Stone Mountain Zendo in Roanoke. Have been vegan since 1974, 99% raw-vegan since 2003 and 100% RV since 1/08. What an enlightening, exilarating time it has been since getting on the raw path!

Thanks for posting! I went to the dentist today and was absolutely delighted when I heard the dentist comment to the hygenist, "she has beautiful teeth, doesn't she?"

I love apples. I've been getting some really good heirloom varieties from a local grower like winesap. New England is apple land :) .
