Yes, it is true what you say. Your body knows what it needs to be nourished. I transitioned from SAD to RAW over 3-4 weeks and never felt as though I was depriving myself.

Had an absolutely healthy, but godawful tasting smoothie, NEVER AGAIN. Here is the formula to avoid! Almond milk, walnuts, stevia, broccoli, brussel sprouts!
Does not blend well like a typical green smoothie made with spinach.
