Also, I constantly roadtrip around attending workshops/retreats (on spirituality, yoga, eco/green, holistic health, amazing music, etc!) to experience Life and connect with my Tribe (that means YOU!). : )

So maybe sometimes I need a place to rest my head in the midst of the Adventuring! : )

Fresh fruit, especially figs, persimmons, sapotes, cherimoyas.. Yummy salads w/ avocados, dulse, & tons of homegrown sprouts.. Superfood smoothies, Kombucha : )

Favorite Books or Authors:

Tao Te Ching; The Four Agreements; The Alchemist; and tons more.. Also - a mustread: David Icke's Guide to Conspiracy Theories & How to Free Yourself From Them. Though currently, I'm just reading everything I can get my hands on regarding Raw Food & Yoga.. Really love Gabriel Cousens' Spiritual Nutrition!
