I'm a rawfoodist since 2005 - Being challenged many times with the back an forth with cooked food. My intrest grew so much thanks to my Morbus Crohn's (intestinal disease) with healing the body with food and lifestyle.
With this and lots and lots of books read on the subject I was one of the owners on the health and raw food center on Väddö: Levande Föda Kur & Kursgård for 3 years. Right now I am freelancing, looking for work that's about health and raw foods.

Min Raw-resa började med motivationen att läka min diagnos Chrons med naturliga metoder. Jag upptäckte då alla de andra fördelarna med att leva och verka med den råa veg maten.
Min dotter och jag på bilden vet båda hur man njuter av att maten och att experimentera med recept är en rolig hobby.

Delete Comment Hej. Jag hade glädjen av att vara hos Aika för några dagar sen, så jag tänkte att nu kan jag som ny medlem lika gärna bjuda in till nästa träff. :D
Föreslår lördag 28/3 kl 15. Kan du inte precis då, så kom senare. Ta med något att tugga på eller laga här. (Stort kök med några maskiner).
Forutom prat och käk, så tänkte jag visa del av filmen "Processed people", som är mycket motiverande. Åtta-nio forskare, doktorer och dietister förklarar va som är den sämsta och besta maten, och derav konsekvenser. Gissa va dom alla har kommit fram till.... :wink:

afroza said… - Vi kommer att ha resor där det erbjuds 100 % raw food (vi är själva helråa), vill man sedan ha yoga eller massage så finns det ju fina möjligheter till det i Indien. I sommar kommer det bli en två veckors resa till Kashmir och Ladakh, och eventuellt en till Dharamsala, och framåt vintern blir det Kerala. Om någon i gruppen vill ha lite lagad veg. mat så fixar vi det också (om man vill resa med en vän som inte är helrå t.ex).

I do not speak Swedish however I understand that it must be very difficult to live a raw lifestyle there, with few people who understand and even fewer resources. We are from California, but have been living in Dublin Ireland for a few months. We found it difficult, but are leaving here to go home much more disciplined. Bor i Stockholm faktiskt. Har precis börjat att övergå till en mer "raw"diet. Inte fanatiskt alls...men inser att jag mår bra med mycket frukt och grönt. Har precis gjort valnötsmjölk för första gången. Gott men fett. Få slänga resten i en smoothie imorgon.

Are you crazy women? I love animals. I had frogs,fish,birds,cats, all at one time. My apartment was a zoo at one point. My cat at that time got hold of some of my love birds. Wasn't a pretty site.
