At the risk...Don't do anything about your fever, except ride it out. It's your body's way of healing and is perfectly normal. Okay, maybe drink tons of ice water, rest and have pleasant thoughts. :)

For those who would drink their own wee. Tell me how about the yeast? I mean is this practice strictly for those already having candida under control? Because f not, isn't that reintroducing more toxins?! If so what is the reasoning behind healthy...

niki - that was a great post. Zeolite is a wonderful product. I have yet to try it, we're so rarely ill around here.

I used the humidifier to steam out a serious flu virus. Now I use ZEOLITE for all but virus' and Humic Acid with zeolite for virus'. This usually gives immediate relief in our family. Then we use Magnesium Chloride to cleanse and REBUILD tissuesPlu...

Hey J.W., my husband is a doctor and in our household if you have a fever, you pile on warm cloths and crawl into bed and SWEAT IT OUT. Seriously.
September 12
Or was it Sun tea? Sorry for spamming this, I just had another thought. Do you make it by soaking it in the sun? I haven't tried that, but I think some people have. Ok, that's all. HOpe you feel better already!
September 12
Not to argue with you. I just noticed that you seem to be concerned that we know what you did was raw, and I don't think others are concerned that you might drink tea that is not raw. Tea is inherently not raw, but its still ok. IMO
September 12
I'm sure the tea is not raw after its put in boiling water, LOL, but thats not the point. Tea releases its good stuff when it gets heated, right? I think that's what happens, and why its good for us.
September 12
Thanks you guys, I had some ginger with red tea (yes its raw) and raspberry smoothie it cleared right up after about and hour.
September 12
fresh green juices!!!!!!!

Fasting on water is great! A fever is a good thing. Rest let and the body heal. I would just let it happen and go with it, If it gets too high take cold shower.
September 12
Just get a lot of rest. As much as you need. And minimize the food consumption for now. Drink lotss of room temperature water.
September 12
I've had a cold/flu recently and made some ridiculously good blueberry-ginger smoothies. It cools you off and feels really good! I used frozen berries, a small slice of ginger, and an inch of water. Hope you feel better soon!

do not eat you own woo.
September 12
chew a bunch of basil leaves or make basil leaf tea.

Hi J.W.,

You will see why I don't live by the list when you look at it. I don't have problems with all of the foods listed, but being aware helps. I remove the seeds from tomatoes, and I have no problems...I love almond milk, but it don't love me....

1 head of romaine lettuce
5 to 6 stalks of Kale
2 fuji apples
1 lemon
run everything through a juicer and drink! Makes one serving, must drink within the first 20min.s before it oxides.

Hi Nicole, We don't need any salt at all, and in fact it's always toxic to the body. Salt is a rock, and no matter how small we smash it, it is an inorganic mineral which our bodies cannot really use. Organic sodium is needed by ever single cell ...
