At the risk...Don't do anything about your fever, except ride it out. It's your body's way of healing and is perfectly normal. Okay, maybe drink tons of ice water, rest and have pleasant thoughts. :)
For those who would drink their own wee. Tell me how about the yeast? I mean is this practice strictly for those already having candida under control? Because f not, isn't that reintroducing more toxins?! If so what is the reasoning behind healthy...

Or was it Sun tea? Sorry for spamming this, I just had another thought. Do you make it by soaking it in the sun? I haven't tried that, but I think some people have. Ok, that's all. HOpe you feel better already!
Not to argue with you. I just noticed that you seem to be concerned that we know what you did was raw, and I don't think others are concerned that you might drink tea that is not raw. Tea is inherently not raw, but its still ok. IMO
I'm sure the tea is not raw after its put in boiling water, LOL, but thats not the point. Tea releases its good stuff when it gets heated, right? I think that's what happens, and why its good for us.
Fasting on water is great! A fever is a good thing. Rest let and the body heal. I would just let it happen and go with it, If it gets too high take cold shower.
I've had a cold/flu recently and made some ridiculously good blueberry-ginger smoothies. It cools you off and feels really good! I used frozen berries, a small slice of ginger, and an inch of water.
Hope you feel better soon!
Hey JW! Hey have you tried amping up the bananas? Figs are great for you too. I ate a whole bunch of them today. Have you tried chia as a porrage? I knew a guy who had great success with it.
this jaguar band that you have on your playlist...where the members in any previous bands? reminds me of some helium, sleater kinney, bikini kill genre from back in the day!
You will see why I don't live by the list when you look at it. I don't have problems with all of the foods listed, but being aware helps. I remove the seeds from tomatoes, and I have no problems...I love almond milk, but it don't love me....
then you will love Green Lemonades! My whole family has one every day for breakfast and I usually have another for lunch.
1 head of romaine lettuce
5 to 6 stalks of Kale
2 fuji apples
1 lemon
run everything through a juicer and drink! Makes one serving, must drink within the first 20min.s before it oxides.

So, I ate some (too unripe) pineapple and it "ate" some of me. Sore lips, chapped mouth corners, slightly sensitive/swollen tongue. Anyone know of good remedies for these conditions? Was thinking I should avoid stretching and licking my lips, and ...

P.S. I have a hard time sleeping without some nightcap food too. I was addicted to bananas and almond butter before bed, but I'm trying to phase it out by freezing bananas in the morning and then making raw ice cream at night.
Banana peach coconut smoothie for breakfast, then
3 Collard wraps with spicy mango salsa, avocado, onion, cilantro, sprouts, and sauteed portabello mushroom. Amazing.
Now I'm contemplating dinner. Might treat myself to Que Seraw Seraw in Burlinga...

hi stacey,
I was doing Hatha Yoga, that involves asanas, prayanama, bandha and mudras.
Apart from yoga we were taught Anatomy, Psychology, Philosophy etc., so that the students of this course could teach yoga and take it as a profession later.
