If you have no friends who have some to share, you can get them at a bait and tackle shop.
its supposed to work to put the food in one corner, then all the worms travel there, and you scoop dirt out of the other corner, but I haven't really tried...
You can find someone with worms and take a few of theirs. Usually people are happy to share and spread the worm love..=)

- I have been exploring raw foods for a couple of years, though I am not 100% or vegan. I try to live my prinicples and strive to be a better human being than I was yesterday. I'm simple and easy going. My lifestyle embraces elements of straight edge anarcho-punk, atheism, DIY green living, feminism, 12 step recovery and mindfulness.
