don't agree with the whole raw food creating a damp environment thing because of the wildly different effects of different raw foods. i've found candida to respond to 100% raw, several different approaches.

You asked how long I'll be in CA....3months for the entire Living Light Program and the rest I'm free to explore.
I love to go with the flow of life so I plan on working at a holistic center or raw food restaurant in the US or abroad.
I've never been to CA so this is some adventure for me....a new beginning in my life..I'm so excited!
If you are down in that area i would love to meet you!
I just noticed you're from LA.....I've never been to CA. Out of all the places I've been to..CA is not one of them:) I'll be going to CA for the first time in 2 1/2 weeks to attend the raw food culinary school. Afterwards, I'm open to explore CA a bit. What do you do in LA? How long have you lived there?
as far as potlucks go i'll keep you in touch, don't know of any for now, but i am planning to launch my Raw Chocolate company and web-site very soon, i've had some set-backs but hopefully everything will be ready by next month, we are gonna throw a raw chocolate party to launch it, and i'll be taking people to the Huntington Library to see a chocolate tree. I'll let you know when plans have finalized
