I am really loving raw, been born to eat that way, anything else is too heavy, especially emotionaly. Im very sensetive.
Im trying to get on back to 100% raw all the time... I just can't handle being in the middle - too much to overcome (especially self beating for not doing it all the way) also the physcily everything is slower...
well anyway when I am on the 100% I just get to that state when I get cleaned up, emotionaly also. and I get frightened. My mind my being gets frightened and it affects my body which gets panicked or tired...
I know that if I eat that way I get lots of "enlightnings". or shift in such a high energy Im not used to live with .
I don't know if it's getting over the fear of changing and becoming the new me, but Im getting 2 steps forward and one back for now digging deeper everytime for the reason...
I thought you might give me some clue about the emotional healing and energies to do with the raw food , and how one get used to it all of a sudden :|

- Hello Hyacinth! So nice to hear from you! I have seen your name on the Juice Feasting site! Congratulations on your journey! Puerto Escondido is the 1st place I have traveled to twice-the 1st time was 3 years ago. I didn't notice too many physical changes, but we did hear of quite a few burglaries/assaults of people walking in town or on the beach at night, which is such a bummer not to feel entirely safe on the beach at night. That being said, your chances for safety are really great if you're not perusing the night scene. My husband and I went to Guatemala last Spring for our honeymoon-Semuc Champey was our highlight and the 1st time we ever had fresh cacao right off the tree! Yes, the magic of Puerto Escondido is still alive in my heart and I would happily stay for months to dial in my espanol. Wishing you the BEST!!

i happened to do some yoga asanas today and had some raw recipes that my mom made for me

And a massive salad with wild caught sardine.

I distinctly remember feeling the exact way. I had the Nesco dehydrator before, and it stunk (it didn't work well). LOL The Nesco dehydrator is made in a circular shape and it would take doubly long to dehydrate, and food was often very moist/chew...
I think the green is more "leafy" tasting (which I don't mind) but doesn't have the same long-lasting aftertase that the white does. I love the Wisdom of the Ancients green stevia liquid. I've finally made friends with stevia, LOL! I get it from V...
What is a safe mattress that you recommend?
