Women should, most definitely, take a minimal amount of time per week to develop higher levels of muscular strength. Forget the "tight buns and sexy 6 pack" mentality for a bit and focus on long term health. Not that a nice, toned ass and mid section on a woman is something I don't admire, I certainly do.
