About Me:: I counsel people using food as medicine to detoxify, heal and build the body system, both physically and emotionally. I teach un-cooking classes and am holding a Raw Foods Retreat Weekend in Chestnut Ridge, NY from August 22 - 24; full prep teaching classes, other meals cheffed by us (me and Alan), hiking, swimming, fire circles, drumming and yoga.

Relationship Status:: In a Relationship

Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?: Right now it's raw crunchy almond butter with gojis, cacao and agave.

Interests (outside of Raw Food):: Hiking, running, drumming, dancing, alchemy

I was at my friends tonight and she had a pack and I opened one up with a nutcracker, omg. Is it a nut? Its so meaty and you don't have to cook or boil. I was so happy. I took them with me to my new house and I love them. Have you ever??
