I have exciting news that David Wolf, Raw food and superfood rock star I coming to Australia in 2010!!
All his tour dates are up on www.davdwolfeaustraliatour.com ,
I will be helping organise the Brisbane event and I cannot reccomend him enough to my frineds and colleagues.
He is inspirational and an infectious speaker that we cannot do without in the health industry.

Practical Mind, Body, Spirit
As a Naturopath I thoroughly beleive in the mind, body and spirit approach.
It is great to consume fresh whole raw foods as they provide nutrition for the body, nutrition and fuel for the mind and a healthy vibration for the spirit.
Sometimes we need extra support in one particular area though.
How do you feel in relation to your mind (out of 10), body (/10) and spirit (/10)?
