Can anyone tell me about wheatgrass and why it tastes so sweet and if I am not waiting long enough before I juice it

ok I am plannng on juicing for the next week to try to break free from all the side effects
I am getting ready to make part of my office a grow zone. I am going to start growing my own wheatgrass ...I have a samson juicer so all I need now is to grow wheatgrass.
any suggestions?
I have been soaking the berries for 10 hours

I am going to be fine.....but I am taking my laptop and going back to bed...
I think I will take my fabric and cut squares.....I am making my son a NASA quilt.
I am now 346lbs. I guess I am just going to explode.....

My mind set is making enough to cover my deductible for jan 2009 so I can afford my meds....crazy huh? I am tying to get rid of my clay plaque inventory.
I am lucky to be working after so many people I know have been laid off.
I am currently working for a company called VIPDESK.com
as well as working on local orders and stuff for gifts.
I ate raw zucchini tonight for dinner with peanut sauce.
