About Me:
sit up on the bottom of the ocean floor, deep down deep in the crystal opium tower. hold it to your flicking yelp and tell it to stay in the field where the horse once stood. once. sip from that pot of dew in the creamed yellow mesh trees of the sample situations of creation. that smell. sing it till your throat falls out and your feet start ball point in a motion that is transportation. tip that off with some thudding bangs and its a beat again. hold it now and remember it, those always sting so good. stalk the bark of that man and that woman that gave you a system. they fell down too. simple equation sits on the nose of the wilderbeast. runs too far though. seeing mirrors with noise. sticky addictions so gooed up and pussed up. who are those suckers? i need a sky.

You're crazy but i like that - you are a seeker. If you're going to do it for those reasons - do it for 3 days max - i would suggest because of the starvation thing. Food is an essential biological requirement. We cannot live without food.

But the radical healing crisis fast does provide mental clarity. It replaces brain tissue.

It's not unsafe to do a 7 day fast if you've gotten a healing crisis. A healing crisis is the body's attempt to remove foreign matter - replace sick or damaged or useless cells - and it does this with stored nutrients.

How do you know gweneth when you your body has got a healing crisis. Your temperature rises above 37. This is when you fast and just drink water when you are thirsty.

You put warm clothes and socks on.

People call this the flu, colds, or whatever.

It's the only time you should fast over 3 days.

When you do it... you can go as long as your body allows you to.

The signs to stop are white coated tongue goes pink again, smelly breath turns nice, and hunger returns big time.

The 4th day of a healing cycle - your digestive system stops - and there is great activity physiologically.

But there should be no activity at all other than resting in bed, light sun baths if you must and water when thirsty.

People fasting without a healing cycle don't show anywhere near the same results - infact it's much more insufferable - some people have fasted too long without a healing cycle and have starved or gotten brain damage.

I am not a doctor - so seek one if you are worried.

But on the flip side once u get a fever - u don't check it again. u just relax in bed, dozing in and out when u want.

How to get a fever - do your best to eat healthy - 50%fruit 35% veggies 15-10%starch 10-5%protein... good quality living food.

sunbath and exercise heaps.

diaphramic breathing.

happy poised relaxed thoughts

rest when required.

keep good posture.

drink clean oxygenated water.

if you don't get a fever after doing these things for more than 49 days then you look at hydrotherapy and only eating fruit for a few days or week.

so pretty much the body heals itself when conditions are favorable.
get the conditions right and the body will do it automatically.
