hmmm, i have the bladder of a kitten and my green juice doesn't hurt me so, but then i am almost always and immediately running around at work, which i think puts a stop to the need to pee thing. don't drink it too fast may be my only advice-sorry.
Could it be unrelated? A low-level UTI?
are you putting any fruit in it as well? how much are you drinking?
I've peed 7 times in 3 hours. And it comes on very quickly & it's painful if I try to hold it. I don't think this is the ideal situation.
You're acting as if that's a bad thing. One should urinate about 8 to 12 times a day.

I don't use toothpaste. Haven't in... mmm about 5 years. I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months & my dentist said it's fine. I just floss & brush twice daily.
LOL well it seems logical to me, too, but a LOT of different sources I've read (Natalia Rose's books being one) have said that you shouldn't drink water with your meals because it dilutes your body's natural enzymes, making it harder to digest foo...
Of course you should drink water with your meals.
I was listening to a podcast on oneradionetwork and the doc said adding raw honey to your juice will keep the enzymes intact, if you were planning on drink it later and not within the 15min

Green Juice Gives Me Urgency & Frequency!

Allergic to Buckwheat Groats!
Oh no! I just found out tonight I am SEVERELY allergic to buckwheat groats... I had some buckwheat groat cereal recently that gave me an itchy mouth/throat, but it had pecans in it so I thought it was that (I have a mild nut allergy, too). Coconut Butter - How to Heat?
Do you guys just heat it in a pot on the stove, making sure it doesn't get above 115? A double boiler? The microwave? Mine is SUPER solid & I can barely get a spoon in there to scoop it out. I don't have the option of setting it in the sun right now.
