Hi Green Miri. It's so nice to see you around. It is harder after 40 (I know) but I think 40 year old women can be the most determined to do it! Let me know how things go. nd it's not all about the weight its about feeling happier, healthier, taking a few more risks than usual. You have a long life ahead of you- and it really does start at 40 like they say fo a lot of us. Number one if I were you is buy a bright colored shirt- or since it's winter sweater- make it funkier than usual- and express the new you that is to come. I recommend pink! =)
