Will my son catch what i have while detoxing?
Thank Alex. i am not breatfeeding tho and there is no phlegm/or cough. i went through the same thing when i tried to go raw two years ago.

I do sleep with my son for now. he is five months old. he has a pretty strong immune system(ihope). lol @ firsties!

But babies are small. If they get a fever and fast they will only last a few days before they are ready for food again.
Fat adults are able to go weeks...if they have a fever first.

I would think it is a rule - to not eat anything you don't like.... so allergies shouldn't be ignored. But yes you can get rid of them with fasting and healthy lifestyle.

We won't have a solution to allergies...because there's too many variable with the available scenarios and variables of people's anecdotes and stuff.
But i would feel completely safe feeding my child coconut milk.

i know of women still breast feeding when they have mastitis,even though its apparently very painful to do so :(
Depends who you speak to on the subject. But coconuts are the closest thing in composition to a human mother's milk. They use it for blood transfers.
Coconut is a nut.
