Support as I hit roadbumps is key. Tips on getting past challenges, like keeping a desireable mindset (keeping in touch with my motivation) and getting through events, cold weather, travel, etc. I am 90-95% raw these days, but I am not yet convinced at this moment 100% is right for me - nutritionally, socially, and in terms of travel. Will see how my journey and outlook evolves...

Eating Raw in Mexico - Help

Any advice on how to *safely* eat raw in Mexico? I'm going there next month and would love to stay raw, but am also concerned about not getting sick. Would LOVE to hear some experiences and ideas.

hi ginette! how funny-i used to live in Novato when i was little. My dad was in the navy and we were stationed there until i was about 5 i think. i only really remember the golden grasses on the hills and the hospital cause i broke both my arms-haha.

Yes- they're called petechiae and I've always heard that they are liver-related. They can also be due to anemia and low platelet count. If you also bruise easily, that might be the likely cause. I get them too and they come and go.
