lol Gina, did that sound like I had a hairy face? if so, that was a mistake, i didn't mean anything like that.
I know a recipe (vegan) for raw toothpaste too, totally organic raw, supposed to be particulary good for the gums and to get rid of and...

- About Me:
- My name is Gina Panayi i am the author of The Raw Greek book. I run The Raw Greek e-shop bringing great raw products to the UK from Europe and around the world, we are renowned for the best raw olives from Greece.
Both of my parents are from Cyprus, but i was born and raised in London. I am very Greek in the way i look, my upbringing and customs. I have been living in Greece for the last 2 years, love brought me here. The Big Fat Greek wedding event happened in May 2008. And we now have a beautiful baby girl who we are raising the best we can in a toxic world.
I have been a raw foodist since 2004, i sometimes struggle in such a big meat eating country, but noone has been able to break me yet.
- How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
- Support is best acheived through great friendships and exchanging experiences and advice.
I am interested in it all, recipes, fitness, making friends, raising raw families, humour and entertainment etc.
