Hey can a guy comment here?! :) With all due respect, Doug Graham uses "chemical coconuts" but he is still a wonderful teacher.? Regarding Durian Rider, has posted numerous times on another list I'm on calling people asshloles and idiots and sayin...
Yes the raw eggs definitely work for me too, How do you culture butter? Dry definitely does NOT work for me.
Moist and liquid does though. Nothing dehydrated works either. Soupy is better.
^^ what she said... my shoulders & arms can be ripped and yet I'll still have that little twinkie of fat under my hip... I carry it all around my hips & thighs!!!
Are you asking me? When I say 'fat' I mean relative to me. I stay pretty low body fat for a woman my age (13-15%) so if I eat a big carby meal, believe it or not you can SEE the difference.
I'm vata/tridoshic, so I'm not as prone to all the vata extremes as some. I am, however, prone to the easily burned out/weakened state that we vatas can get ourselves into! I've found that eating eggs almost every day makes me feel a lot stronger....
I'd rather be actively doing something rather than watching anything. I'm a practicing White & Red Tantric yogaman, high energy & wanting to share K-yoga/meditation, Taoist intimacy, hiking, biking & creating fresh raw organic meals. I find attractiveness in a healthy body, alert mind, offbeat personality, simplicity & humility. I love my work producing & playing music which is one of my daily pleasures. I also love giving & receiving massages, using essential oils for enhancing mood & exploring islands. I'm looking for a deep connection & strong mutual attraction within a peaceful, respectful relationship... & a strong sexual connection is just as important to me as a close spiritual & emotional one. I'm always studying something that totally fascinates me. Right now it's the "Affects System" by Silvan Tompkins and Donald Nathanson which correlates our physical movements to often unrecognized emotions. I care deeply for family, friends, and my unconditional loverdog Jessie. I send pure love to all who read this.

Aloha! Yes, I know of Mannis for I buy some items from him in bulk. I have pics of his place too. I haven;t been there for five yrs, but am planning to go in November. Perhaps I will see you at the festival there. We'll keep in touch.
Hi Gary :D yes, we get Durian down under...haven't seen Jackfruit here though..but I haven't looked for it...so i'm not sure? We're pretty lucky here & get a smorgasboard of fantastic fruits & vegies :)
aloha gary, i am on the big island, same as manis, who i have known for several years, but do not interact much with much at this time.....he lives about 70-80 miles from me....i have two jackfruit on the land here, they are pretty common on this island..... for years i did not care much for jackfruit and never ate it, then i found that it seems there are various varieties of that fruit and i found one i will eat a bit of now and then....don't know the specific names for various kinds tho......aloha, forest
Hi Gary! Thank for the nice message. I also enjoyed your page. You are in LA too, cool! I'll let you know about the next raw potluck I hear of. Cool meeting you, brother!
I want to share this crunchy chocolate topping i usually put on top of raw ice cream. I made it out of 2T coconut oil, 1 T cacao powder and agave to taste. Pour it over the ice cream. Yummm.
