I just started upping my raw intake again after a few months off the bandwagon (I was about 90% for 8 months last year), & I feel SO BAD RIGHT NOW! Nausea! Migraines! Fever! Chills! Whoah, so not good. Anyway... I know that as unpleasant as it is, it's all going to lead to a good place. In the meantime, does anyone have any advice for me to make this easier? A friend of mine says peppermint oil is a good nausea suppressant. ...Thoughts?
