We use spiralised sweet potatoes as pasta ;) Squeeze in some lemon juice and a pinch of salt..leave to sit for a while as this takes out some of the starch and makes it a bit softer. You can add olive oil and dehydrate after this but I usually can...

Hi T, Thanks for your reply! Unfortunately we are back home now and not sure when we will next be in Germany? If you have any info you could send me for our next trip that would be great! ;) Gail.x.

Great to meet you too.

Satay Sauce. 1 inch of ginger, 2 Tbs Raw almond butter, 1 red chilli, 1 Tbs Tamari, 3 dates( or agave) 1 big garlic clove and a dash of water( See Emma or Paddy for pure natural sping water:o) ) Blend.

Haggis. 2/3 cup walnuts(soaked overnight) 1/3 cup pinenuts, 1/2 cup portobello mushrooms, some thyme, oregano, dark miso and tamari ( Not sure of the quantities for the last lot) Dehydrate for 2 hours. Sprinkle with flax seed oil. I look forward to seeing you and your haggis at the next PL.

I think so, it's an easy diet to follow in the summer for lots of newbies. Raw potlucks on the beach sounds good to me. I tried making a large easter egg but it just broke. I think maybe in commercial chocolates the emulsifiers might make a difference. I might just get a mould for some small ones instead.

Glad it went so well. And I'm pleased you enjoyed your chocolate. I'm making eggs for Easter although Bob is already requesting one today! Enjoy your weekend.

Hmmm. I've had mine for at least 10 years. I don't know about everybody else, but I find them very convenient to use. The Chico bags that is ( an no, I'm not selling them) because I can fold them up into tiny balls and stick them into my purse. Th...
