My parents are from Argentina & Peru. I was born in upstate New York. I currently live in Virgina, 20 min. away from the nations capitol, Washington, D.C.
I'm a newbie to raw foods! I'm 90% raw right now. It's been fantastic! I look forward to learning a lot from others and growing into a vibrant healthy being.
After working in broadcasting for sometime I left my work about 5 years ago to go on an inner journey. I decided to live in an ashram for a short while and I just returned this past December 2008. After eating all vegetarian food at the ashram I came home wanting to eat healthier. So, now I found raw foods! Yeah! It's incredible how life happens.
So now I've decided to build a career out of rawfoods. I will be attending the Living Living Culinary School this June for 3 months. Afterwards, I plan to travel & work abroad for sometime.
I'm looking forward to doing fantastic things in this world by introducing people to rawfoods!! Yeah!!! I'm so excited!!! This is what happens when you eat too much raw cacao!!

- Raw Cacao (it may be toxic for you but i love me some cocolacteee, hee,hee! I'd rather die happy than miserable! lol!! Lots of love to you & your journey (it's not really a journey because it's already happened but you know what i mean, lol:)

- Loving You:) One of my fav thing to do is sitting still in pure silence...this is what I do most in life....I'm also an excited student & teacher of life. All things spiritual (I have a strong connection with American Indians...my ancestors), connecting with all beings, sharing love, praying, giving, volunteering, counseling, meditating, yoga, reading, teaching, learning, attending business & spiritual lectures, theater/arts, being, traveling, drumming (bongos rock my world), luv watching films (all kinds)...grew up watching lots of kung fu, Bruce Lee films, creating music on piano when I have time, gardening, creating raw food recipes, web designing, being w/animals (luv horses), playing on film & tv production sets, painting/drawing, designing, organizing, roller skating (old school style...4 reels..lol), volleyball, swimming, tennis, trail walking, camping, boating, luv, luv, luv dancing everything & anything..persian middle eastern dance, flamenco, salsa, tango, brazilian, modern, jazz, latin jazz, hip-hop, old school, african, Indian, everything!
Luv all kinds of music...luv international, fusion...I grew up listening to Flamenco, Cuban, Columbian, Argentinian, Persian Middle Eastern & all kinds of beat boxing, hip-hop, Old school music. My father is Argentinian, mother Peruvian, step-father Cuban and step mother Columbian. And all my friends as a child growing up were mostly Persian Middle Eastern & also African American...
I luv, luv, luv, all music....also luv learning how to play differ instruments.
I'm a lover of all beings & of life...luv learning new things...I'm always growing and learning new things...too many to cont. naming here:)

How do you cure or heal blisters on feet?
Hi guys!
Hope you can help...I've been dancing a lot lately and just happen to have the wrong shoes on last night and my feet got all blistered up. So painful, I had a hard time walking...but..I must say it was well worth it..lol!!
I need major remedies..any advice, tips, etc. would be great. How can I heal my feet so I will not have any scarring?

Looking for a rockin place to stay with raw foodies in Paris, Barcelona & Belgium?

I'll be traveling to the following countries in 2 weeks, I would love to stay with raw foodies who are open to having a loving rockin raw foodie in their home for a short time. I will provide offerings of lots of love, delicious food or $$ for stay:)

Mucusless diet book is a bit one sided and pretty old. There is much better books.
