Honest people with honest lives;
How they probe my subconscious with hidden lies;
A question unanswered –
Please, let me know why...?

A burning want: no ceasing, no easing;

I've had advice on how to treat my ankle. So i'm going to water fast . I haven't before; so if anyone can holla some support that'd be great.!

I went over on my ankle nearly 7 days ago now whilst running, and it's still causing me grief.

The swelling has significantly gone down but the pain's still really bad and unsuprisingly there's lots of bruising.
